Peda Consulting Associates is owned by David Cartwright, an experienced Business Improvement and Supply Chain specialist. We work with clients of all sizes, from a couple of employees to global concerns such as Eaton, Siemens and BA. Our focus is to improve the systems and people that enable's step changes in quality, cost and delivery performance to be achieved and maintained after we have left. We also employ a limited number of trusted associates who are experienced, competent and share the same values.
